Außerdem hilft der Jugendsprecher dem [[Jugendbetreuer]] bei der Durchführung der Dienste. Neben diesen Aufgaben hat der Jugendsprecher auch räpresentative Aufgaben.<br /> <br /> ==Voraussetzungen==<br /> Als guter Jugendsprecher hat man &quot;einen heißen Draht&quot; zu den Jugendlichen, d.h. man sollte immer über die aktuellen Belange der Jugendgruppe bescheid wissen. Außerdem sollten die Jugendlichen der Jugendgruppe Vertrauen in ihren Jugendsprecher haben.<br /> <br /> ==Stellvertreter==<br /> Jeder Jugendsprecher hat einen Stellvertreter, an den sich der wenden kann und an den er auch Aufgaben weiterverteilen kann.
